A complete, clear resume is the be-all and end-all. The letter of motivation should describe personal expectations and ideas as well as the "why" of the application - without empty phrases and platitudes.

Open discussions with applicants away from standardized questionnaires are very important to me. Ultimately, I want to get to know the people who, in addition to all the existing qualifications, should live the ICON corporate culture on a daily basis.
